Evictions

While evictions are often a measure of last resort, we understand they are sometimes necessary. Our firm primarily represents landlords and commercial tenants, but may be able to assist residential tenants in unique cases as well.

We are here to help with all facets of the eviction process whether that means sending a pre-eviction letter to your tenants or filing an eviction action and attending all court proceedings. We can even assist with collection of past due rent if the client wishes to seek a monetary judgment after the eviction process is complete.
